Workout routine?

I work 40 hours a week. I drive 2-3 hours a day to/from work. I wake up at 5:15am and get home by 5:30pm but totally exhausted and can not find the motivation to work out. I eat *decently* but obviously not great… I’m at an all time high in my weight at 215lb (I’m 6’1) and I just got out of the Marines where my average was a solid 180… I’m not exactly sure what I should be changing in my life to get the energy to workout… I have the will power… I just feel so drained during the work week to do it.

Anyone have any suggestions on maybe vitamins or energy pills or SOMETHING, anyone have a similar experience with life/work out life not meshing too well?
If you had the will power, you’d be working out when there was time.

Step one would be to get your diet in order.
Break out an 8-ball when it’s time to go to the gym.
I get up at 6-6:30 and don’t get in bed until 11-11:30ish and I have no problems finding energy to lift.

b12 can help with energy levels if you are defecient
So you’re not looking for a routine, you’re looking for pity and/or motivation to get in the gym

Be your own motivation.

40 hour weeks is nothing.

Pop a caffeine pill, coffee, or energy drink and hit up the gym.

Everything else is excuses.

What else did you expect? Some crazy energy product you never heard of? Or a "20 minutes and you’re jacked" program?
