if its any consolation to those feeling dejected, the dude’s life is dedicated to training. from his coach:

I try to work on his back daily with a roller. Another member of the gym got him gift certs for a massage place by the gym. He will be going weekly. prior, it was about 1-2x/ month. We also have an A.R.T. guy come by 1x/ mo to work on everyone.

He currently has a nutrition store owner sponsoring him. They monitor all his calories, pro,carb, etc and keep his diet in check. Since he started that he has lost 10 pounds, gotten leaner and has continued to get stronger. The same guys give him all his vitamins that he takes 4x/ day, along with betagen, creatine, protein, etc etc. They have him taking so many supplements – it’s like a full time job for that alone. I can’t imagine swallowing 40+ pills a day. His diet has changed dramatically over the past 6 months. Before he was eating whatever, now its very regimented.

He sleeps at least 9 hrs every night, and takes a 3 hr nap during the day.

12 hours of sleep a day. I’d need to smoke a quarter/day just to get my eyes shut.

Those numbers aren’t even fair, in a few years this guy will be dominating. Just a small note, his bench technique didn’t look on par with his other lifts, is it because you guys don’t train his bench as much?

i get you bro, but there are freaks out there with crazy genetics, take a look at a lot of the pro’s in the wnbf. There’s myostatin/gh irrigularities that could be at play— that said i’m sure he’s on and has great god given androgen receptors. we could have just had a conversation re: these factors minus the know it all/poor sarcasm nonsense. but i forgot i was on ot, so carry on good sir, he is definitely most likely on i agree with you. 700 atg is crazy im suprised his tendons are holding up at only 19.
