people who like TUNA
and get sick of the plain taste well this shit is perfect for people on the go
cheap too like a $1.25/$1.50 a pack
usually has 5 ounces a pack. so 33g of so of protein
then :
those are badass too. serve over rice
i’ve had every flavor. all of them are tasty as fuck
i can eat 5 ounces of the fillets in ~60 seconds. takes me about 5min to do a can of tuna
open can of tuna, drain, pour in buffalo sauce, eat. this whole entire process takes 2 minutes and it’s a lot cheaper
pic of what the fillets look like out of the bag
I hate tuna but it’s cheap and effective. Mixed with rice and hot sauce it is bearable.
Yeah theyre simple as fuck, I always take them camping. Just rip the top off, pop a spoon in and you have delicious as fuck seasoned tuna.
speak for yourself.
I <3 tuna. i eat it out of the can. i leave a little of the water because its tasty

i take tuna, put as much in my mouth as possible. chew until it wont choke me and swallow with a gulp of water. 37.5 g’s of tuna in 3 minutes. tastes like death but it does the job.

I drink that shit when I’m done, too.
this stuff makes tuna pretty good, with some low fat mayo.
I do the same thing, without chugging water I doubt I would be able to stand it.
nope
Most mornings, I mix up 1 can of tuna, 2 tb of low fat mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, parsley, and relish and eat it for lunch on bread or by itself. that is ftw, takes 3 minutes
Eating tuna straight out of the can isn’t bad, but drinking the watery juice is fucking disgusting
I’ve tried those fillets and I’m not crazy about them. I rather eat the Solid white albacore out of the can with mayo.
I can’t stand the tuna in water. I usually get the tuna with oil. Drain, add pepper/salt, eat.
I like tuna with a little mayo and salmon seasoning
It’s
the yellowfin in garlic olive oil is pretty good, but kinda high in cals.
Seriously though, i’ve been eating tuna post workout 3-4 days a week.
how much tuna is too much? Mercury wise?
i do tuna with veganaise (sp) less fat, less cholesterol than mayo.
the grapeseed oil one..

i believe chunk light has the least amount of mercury…
also eat as much as you want. im pretty sure that the mercury in tuna isnt enough to affect anything

unless you’re pregnant, don’t worry about it
I hate tune…
eating tuna/brown rice/hot sauce right now…I miss the days of McD’s and Wendy’s everyday…
The starkist fillet packets of tuna are fucking awesome. The Albacore lemon and cracked pepper ones are great. I throw them in a pan for 1 minute with a tad of olive oil and serve it on top of a pile of brown rice. I just how expensive they are around here. $2.39 for a single packet FTL!
Very fast, easy, and fairly tasty way to get in 40g of protein though.
My roommate eats the canned shit (tuna and chicken) but I can’t stand that stuff. I can only eat it if made as a "tuna burger" and that take a while to make and ends up adding unnecessary cals/carbs/fats to the meal.
i make tuna sandwich on whole grain bread, throw that fucker on the foreman grill for a few mins
