Standing strict presses……very bottom of decent…. about to start the press and feel maybe a little pop. Left shoulder right where my outer trap meets my front delt.

Doesnt feel like a joint to me. I can still move mostly without pain.
Id like to know exactly what I did here.

RICE is probably the remedy eh? and not warming up enough, the cause, I think.
Damn boy… you too? Get better. I’d be careful of shoulder injuries… take time off.

ice + NSAID..

give it some time.. a few days at least and then do the same movement with VERY light weight and see if there’s any pain.
Standing military has been bugging my shoulders the past couple times too.
been a lot of shoulder injuries lately, mine has started popping during raises and mil presses
things like that happen as you get older…

my shoulders used to get sore from mp also. now I just started the bar higher and no problemos
I think I got a stress injury in my wrist…it’s been 1.5 weeks and it still hurts like fuck when I move it a certain way.

oh yeah…my wrists kill sometimes doing any press movements, you shut the fuck up.

seems like military bugs everyone (except TZ, that beast).

I was starting the pressing movement at my delts so maybe I’ll reduce the range of motion a bit.
