How many calories are unhealthy?
Today i’ve been tracking my calorie intake on fitday for the first time, and i’m already at 4300 something odd calories and still haven’t had my evening snack, am I getting to an unhealthy point? I’m in the process of bulking.
wait 1 cup of roasted almonds is 900 something calories? that cannot be right
well, thats where most of the calories came from then
bro dont go over 5k. Thats when your heart starts to send signals to your brain to throw up..
trust me i’v been over 6k calories
You bet your ass its right, you can see why people become obese
Anyway, the only unhealthy level of calories to intake is a level that far exceeds your requirements.
A person who runs 65 miles needs a lot more calories than a person who sits on their ass.
it’s all relative to yourself. Set a limit for yourself for a week or two. Then check to see your weight after that week. If your gaining and you wanna keep gaining eat that many calories. If you wanna lose weight then drop by 200-400 calories a day. Recheck in two weeks.
