How long is your average gym session from start to finish?

Not that anyone will even respond because F&N is about as dead as ceaze.

15-30min warm up. 45-60min workout. 10min cool down.

45 – hour & 45 mins depending on the cardio I decide to do

1-2hrs depending on the volume programmed that day.

Saturday SM training always fun.

Or 2 workouts. Maybe 30 min and 60 min.

If i’m lifting and doing abs, hour to hour 15. If i’m lifting and doing cardio, it will push 1.5-1.75.

1/2 hour workout 2 hours talking shit to female trainers

2 hours

5-7 min between sets for my first exercise though, 5 sets

that alone is close too 1 hour including warm up

Lift and abs or cardio runs me 1-1.5 hours depending on which group I’m working.

Ours are one hour sessions.

Usually a warm up – workout – and stretch down.

For me it depends on what body part and how many people

Some days its just my girlfriend and I. That takes usually 1 hour to do weights followed by an hour of cardio right after or an hour of cardio later on.

There is some days i have 3 other dudes with me and they are obsessed with abs and want to do 1hour on abs before even doing the weights.

If im alone 45min to an hour with some good pre workout. If im on no pre workout and tired as hell from working out to hard the day before it lasts 10 min and im like F this im going home lol

45 min max, never longer if doing weights. But sometimes I just go to the gym and do treadmill, bike, watch girls, stretch, sauna and talk with people, then it takes like 2-3 hours.
