Can of tuna with wheat bread

Good lunchtime snack? It’s typically what I eat for lunch and then I have chicken/turkey based dinners

I’ve lost about 10lbs now with my primarly tuna/chicken/turkey diet coupled with VERY light exercise every day. Here is my routine, lol

4 sets of curls 10 reps
3 sets of pushups 20 reps
3 sets of situps 20 reps
10 minutes on elliptical machine

Will do! The more the better for me. I’m just trying to get to a target weight of 155. I’m not looking to get huge, just wanna get back in shape!

I DONT FUCK WITH BREAD PERIOD. BREAD IS NOT REAL, DO YOU WALK THROUGH A FARM TO FIND A SLICE OF FUCKING WHEAT WONDER LAYING THERE?

lol every thread has this (my) quote in it

Nope, last time i walked through a field i saw i nice, juicy pouch of tuna sprouting out of the ground.

epic quote bro
sounds good to me.

i prefer tuna out of the can w/ a fork + 2 slices of toast..arnold 100% whole wheat, no HFCS.. 100 cals/slice

Right next to the protein powder tree.

and the testosterone shrubs

lol@ i’m not looking to get huge. I remember when i first started and was worried about getting huge too

never happened tho.

Wait, we’re not supposed to eat the anabolic berries? Dammit, no one told me that!

You’ll get to huge.

i use it all the time when training and consulting others =) awesome.

just fyi you could work out as hard as you could for 2 years and not even be anywhere close to huge. You might look like you work out though

someone mighta dropped a slice
If you wanna try something really good and simple, take a can of tuna in water, drain the water, add a couple of tablespoons of grapeseed oil, mix together =

I’ve never heard of that before but I am intrigued.

That sounds like it may be good. I love to eat tuna out of the can too.
I use to do plain tuna with 1-2 teaspoons of BBQ sauce
