best protein shake that doesnt bulk you up and have a huge amount of calories?

Im trying to lean up a little bit (about 15-20 lbs) while turning my fat into muscle. I currently go to the gym 5-6 times a week doing weights and cardio. Im also dieting and eating right, cutting out fast food, sodas, etc. Whats the best protein shake to have in the morning and at night/after a workout that wont bulk me up. I bought some muscle milk, and while it tastes great its high in carlories. Any suggestions?
It’s very rare that I watch my calories from protein. Cook all the meat if you invite me for bbq.

fat and muscle are two totally different types of cells. you can’t turn one into the other

you can reduce one and increase the other, though usually not at the same time (unless you’re a noob or on gear)
