Anyone do Cable Front Raises/Side lat singles?

i need to change up my routine a bit

how are they?

what about side lats?

i was doing front plate raises for awhile but lately theyve been killing my shoulders

whats your shoulder routine like?
pur had a good routine posted here years ago. a superset of 8 each rear raise/side raise/front raise using cables IIRC

i do triple trees

10 reps db front raises
10 reps db bent over “flys”, elbows bent in and pushed out
10 reps db side raises, wrists straight

all in one motion, one right after the other for 3 sets

i swear my dad has trained with him – he just told me to do this today when i saw him
what about presses for shoulder day?

i usually do lat work/shrugs/2 press movements

thinking im doing too much

its not an uncommon routine. i’ve seen/heard of it other places too

side raises i do standing, seated, on an incline, hanging all with db’s or cable, sometimes I will do it with a barbell. I think front plate raises are just as bad as kickbacks.
I alternate them every other week with lateral db raises. My shoulder routine is Pressing, Lateral, Rear, Traps. I always do pressing first because its the more of a strength oriented lift.
what do you guys standing BB strict press? mine is terrible… 125×4-5

pretty sick. you ever do push presses?

I used to. Not anymore though.
I do them leaning away from the cable machine sometimes
I’m in between you two. 135×5 here.

120 x 4 is my best
And cable front raises fuck me up. The only type of front raise that is ok for me is bb with my hands shoulder width apart.
