Anyone pick up a sport again you use to play when you were much weaker?
I have started to play a little basketball again recently. Back in the day when I played high school basketball I was a 165lb twig and it was much easier to shoot the ball and have some touch.
Now that I’m so much stronger the ball feels like a feather and I can’t get a feel for shooting beyond the middle of the key I can throw down dunks easy due to all the leg work I’ve done but that’s about it. I feel like Shaq up in this bitch
I think the closest I can come to picking up an old sport would be riding the O Line sled as a coach now.

I havent been to a gym in 7 years, all I got is some equipment at home and Ive been steady with it since May, so about 7-8 months now

Anyone ever see an ART therapist
Been thinking about seeing one to solve my lack of mobility and pain in my hips. Wondering if it’s worth it or if I should just continue to do various stretches on my own. Seeing some improvement…just really slow.
How long is your average gym session from start to finish?

Not that anyone will even respond because F&N is about as dead as ceaze.
15-30min warm up. 45-60min workout. 10min cool down.
45 – hour & 45 mins depending on the cardio I decide to do
1-2hrs depending on the volume programmed that day.
Saturday SM training always fun.
