Bench press question

For reference, I’ve been doing the "so you want to be a body builder" routine for 4 days a week, except for chest day I do 5/3/1 and the boring but big

Not sure if that is the answer to my question below already but this is what I am struggling with..

Whenever I get to heavy weight I can get the bar off my chest but once i get it up 3-4 inches I hit a sticking point where my spotter needs to put one or two fingers on the bar and give me about 3-4 pounds help for the next 3 inches or so then I can finish the rest myself.

Ulnar Collateral Ligament Strain

I am an avid kettlebeller and injured my right elbow a few months ago during training. Based on my internet research, I believe that I sustained an ulnar collateral ligament strain. My right elbow will now periodically pop when I straighten my arm or twist it in circular motions (ie, jump rope or wiping down a counter). Additionally, I feel great discomfort when I do pressing movement at the point of lock out.

How long should I expect the healing process to take assuming I stop all strenuous activity with my right arm? I’m trying to get an idea of how long to wait before I should consider that the ligament will not heal on its own without surgery.

Weight belts

A colleague of mine recently hurt his back. He’s an avid soccer player, but added squats and deadlifts to his weight routine over the past few months, to which he attributes his back pain.

Yes having back pain and cranking a thick belt on his spine will do wonders.

Ya, it’s a bad correlation. I directed him to this:

Post about some interesting characters in your gym(s)

Strange FOB Azn guy that comes into the gym to do some sort of martial arts. He screams at the top of his lungs "EEYYAAHHH AAHHHH HUHUHUHU" He sometimes hangs onto a machine, sometimes hangs from the pullup bar kicking like he’s fighting off opponents

AZN guy that comes to the gym every single day even if it’s the weekend wearing full dress clothes. He usually takes about 10min break between sets and just stands there staring off into space

Critique my "eating healthier while staying lazy" proposed change in diet.

Yes, this is basically a refined repost from the thread in the main that eventually got me to here over a couple days of trial and error.

I only like to eat if it’s incredibly convenient and most of the convenient foods are pretty bad for you. My diet before was basically hot pockets (which I hated because I had to wait 3m30s), totinos pizza (which I hated even more because I had to wait 10 minutes), and the drive through very often at shit restaurants like McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Arby’s etc.
