What are some of your favorite glute building exercises? I have trouble engaging my glutes in squats and even lunges, even when I go ass to grass! I always feel sore the most in my quads when I do them and my quads are already big enough. I think I’ve done almost every glute exercise in the book but I could still use more help/tips as they don’t seem to be working as well as I hoped.

Just saw this – it’s back in stock now. They’ve fucked me once or twice. Sending me garbage (Muscletech prework out that was already open and a solid brick, left shit out of my order and checked it off on the packaging list) last time I ordered protein it too them 16 days to ship it, but it got here in three days after they shipped it. It has been annoying, but I cant find a better deal on protein.

I have to get back into the groove of working out and I am interested in any workouts that are light on the knees, mainly my right knee. My weight is pretty bad as of late and I need to start losing weight again.
Do you know of any good workouts that wont hurt my knees so much? Also, I am interested in those copper sleeves for the knee, and I was wondering if they actually work? I got a sleeve the other day, but my leg is too big. So I need to find ones that are bigger. I have some links bookmarked, but I was wondering if it’s worth getting and if they actually make it less painful on the knee?
