I’ve gotten into cycling and triathlons in a big way the past couple years. While doing this, I stopped weight training in the spring/summer and concentrated on those sports. It’s been working really well for me, but I’ve kind of felt like I reached a plateau on my bike this summer, so I figured I should try to work on my strength as a way to break through.

So I live a fast-paced life and I never picked up the art of cooking. I wish I could say I am willing to learn, but I’m not. I make enough income to where I can eat out every day if I need to, and I do end up eating out most days (for lunch anyway).
My wife is an ok cook, but not that great. She tries to come up with something healthy but she also works, AND we have a 1 yr old kid, so there isn’t enough time to plan fancy meals. Sounds like a core movement, but since it’s sideways, sounds like holding a dumbbell in each hand and leaning to one side at a time to work those muscles out. I’ve done something similar, but not like he’s doing.
