Eating the same thing every work day.

Breakfast: Oatmeal

snack: banana

Lunch: Green Beans
Turkey Wrap made with spinach, mustard, and cheese.

Dinner: Usually a black bean burger or Chicken breast
Vegetable Pasta w/ red sauce

and I may have some tortilla chips and salsa in between lunch/dinner.

I’m just wondering if it is okay to eat the same thing everyday. I am a picky eater so this is what I stick to because i dont mind it during the week. Weekends I switch it up to whatever I go eat or is at my parents house. It seems healthy I guess. What do you guys think?
