Deadlifts with Hex bar vs Deadlifts with traditional bar

From what I have read, using the hex bar works more of your quads, and limits your ROM, but other than that I dont notice a huge difference.

What is OT’s opinion? Is one more beneficial than the other? If you’re doing one, is it pointless to do the other?

Last time I did hex bar deadlifts I did 495×15. My conventional was 495×8-10. There.

Easy quick breakfast ideas…

I hate eating breakfast so it would have to be pretty easy to chomp down and easy to make.

So far i am thinking of making a shitload of breakfast burritos (eggs, bacon, peppers, onions) and freezing them.

Oats
Basically porridge. I usually put a small amount of sultanas and a banana with some honey for sweetener in with it.

4 egg whites, 2 eggs. Pb. Oats. Takes 5 mins to make

most mornings i do this in the microwave, takes 2 minutes

Reccomend me a good Abdominal workout…

not like the garbage I see on Youtube.
something I can do like twice or 3 times a week. a good 20 minute or so workout.
didnt find anything searching the board

ab ripper x will fit the bill. its like 15 minutes i think.

lay the opposite way on a GHR. take 20lb kettle bell, put it behind ur head…do a situp. pretty hard. 10-12 reps and you’ll be gassed based on how much weight u do.

good numbers for professional wrestler/athlete

so I was just curious about the following numbers amongst professional wrestlers/athletes (like olympic level)

1 mile run time
bench press
dead lift
squat
Consecutive pull ups/push ups

Sorry if it sounds like I’m trolling, I am genuinely curious is all.

Ben Johnson squatted 620 at 200 pounds.

Benched 335 @ 22 weighing 175 so Im sure hes over 400 pounds now.

theres an elite athlete around here who deadlifts 150 for reps, you should PM him for advice
