Why do you bros not talk about can chicken more often?

This shit is FUCKING awesome. Looks (and sort of smells) like tuna, except its chicken. Cheap (1.20 a can) easy as hell, goes with a lot of things, and tons of brotein.

I keep these well stocked and on days where I don’t have time to cook enough real boobs for a day, I bring a few cans to work, dump a little salsa on there and boom.

Seriously, this should be a staple of your diet. Just rinse it well to reduce sodium.

I gave it a shot once but it was absolutely horrid. I just couldnt get over the odd texture and it was overly salty (preservatives like crazy). Id rather just cook extra.

Vertical Jump Bible – who has done the program?

Just wondering who has went through the entire program and what kind of results you got from it?

This 6′ white boy needs to be dunking
I did Air Alert II late 90s early 2000s and can vouch for its effectiveness (though its pretty rough on the knees, they take a pounding.) It definitely will increase your vertical dramatically — and you’ll retain most of it for the rest of your life. Or what you don’t retain quickly comes back as you get active again.

no idea on vertical jump bible.

I just had a BioSignature Analysis

Anyone ever do this before? Pretty interesting stuff.

They do a 12 spot bodyfat test with calipers accurate within a 1/10th a mm. Based on that I have 17.3% bf which is a lot higher than I was expecting (figured to be 14-15%)

Based on the 12 site reading they can tell a lot about the way your body processes insulin, cortisol, t levels, estrogen, etc.

Turns out I have a slightly high level of cortisol (based on pec body fat) which is causing fat storage and lower test levels (based on tricep body fat) but I’m not as insulin sensitive as I thought I would be.

Computer Geeks of FN: I need your assistance

Whats the best way to learn Unix?

I’m working on a new client and part of the job is going to be reading basic Unix commands to see what caused an error.

Any suggestions?
Make a Linux distribution part of your daily use. Dual boot Ubuntu with Windows or make it your primary operating system. From there, just use Terminal over and over. Change directories, move files, copy files, change mode shit (chmod), etc.
I’m assuming when you say "commands" you mean Terminal stuff

Tightness in Calf-Hamstring tie in area

I trained calves yesterday and today the upper most part of my left calf where it ties into my hamstring is INSANELY tight ONLY when I straighten it out. My very lower hamstring near the calf is also tight as fuck when I straighten out my leg. This has happened once before but went away in a few hours, this time is persistent. My calves have always been lagging so I’ve been nailing them hard every calf day (twice a week). I’ve also been stretching them a lot during my workout with lots of warming up first so I am confused as fuck why this has occured. Wat.
