Recently when I have been doing chest exercises I start to get tightnesspain in my right latinto my back. I’m right handed I don’t know if this is why it only happens on the right. Back day feels fine, but when I’m doing flys and benching it gets pretty painful. Any idea what may be causing this? Or anyone else experience anything similar. when I get under the bar during squats it seems to tear something in right shoulder and I feel pain in the front of the shoulder for days. I feel pain immediately when I get under the bar. I tried using a really wide grip once and that helped but it’ll crush my hands on the safety bars if I fail my squat
I took a few days off from presses and it still hurts, so I think it’s the squats. my shoulders are pretty weak by the way.

I am experiencing knee pain with anything involving bending my knee while weighting it. I can’t even do body weight step ups or squats for reps. The pain slowly builds as I do more reps. Any advice?
I’m pretty sure this means something is too tight, any ideas ceaze? Or it means you aren’t squatting correctly. Or weakness. Or injury. Or your femurs are too big or too short. Or or or or.
have you ever had a mobility/flexibility assessment done? I’m pretty familiar with patellofemoral pain just not in this context. I’ve done self assessments based on magnificent mobility and other instructional videos that are posted up here, but nothing by a professional.

I’m relatively new to lifting. looking at about 8-9 hour window where I can eat or drink water. So…. that should be fun. I think I can get my eating and lifting done before Isha (night prayer), then sleep. If I wake up early enough it might be enough time for a short jog before breakfast and dawn.
