Do you guys have your conditioning sessions falling under the same days as lifting days, or separate?
Another question–from the T-Nation article I was reading:
It works best if you train four times a week, although three times a week could work as well, as long as you train all four core lifts before repeating. (In other words, don’t skip one so you can do the other three once each week.) Don’t train more than two days in a row.
How important is the 2-day suggestion? My work schedule kinda leaves me with training Sunday-Tuesday, Thursday.

BF% approx: 15ish
Calorie goal per day: sub 3k, been hangin’ around 2700.
It’s been a while since I’ve actually counted calories. IIRC the 2k a day shit is for gays and girls. If I stay at 2700 for about 3 days, by the 4th I feel like i’m gunna fall through my asshole and hang myself.
I can now say ??????????????????? because I just hit protein goals and eat what I want within reason and don’t track it anymore. Lifts are growing, stomach is growing, penis is shrinking

I’ve started this workout routing from T-Muscle.com. I was however confused with the terminology "antagonist training" . Is that a more technical term of saying "super set"?
For week 2 of the workout it says:
Weeks 2,4,6 and 8 are to be performed as antagonist training. Every session consists of six exercises so antagonist training is simple; all you have to do is perform three antagonist exercise groupings during each workout. For instance, perform quads/hams, chest/back, and biceps/triceps exercise pairings for the recommended sets and reps.
Does that mean for today, I perform 6 workouts. 3 chest & 3 back, and just super set everything?

I got a blood test back and the doc says that I have a high red blood cell count. From what I understand, that’s a good thing, but I always figured that mine would be pretty low because of cardio not being good, and I’m always yawning and feel like I’m not breathing enough… It sounds weird but that’s the best I can explain it. I didn’t ask the doc because it wasn’t really on my mind at the time. Help a brotha out?

no but seriously, once I decided I didn’t want to die of a heart attack in my 30s (I’m 29), I set out to lose the weight that’s killing me.
One of things that I discovered is that I needed to ditch all the "advice" and complicated shit and keep it simple: eat less, move more.
Turns out, it’s been working. It’s not easy, it takes a lot, A LOT, of motivation at first. And discipline. But once I realized there’s no easy way to do it, accepted it, and saw my mortality staring at me, it keeps me going.
