Pyramiding all your works - have seen a dramatic increase in strength.
Since I’ve started working out after graduating, I’ve changed up my routines, by not doing the same workouts for more than 2 weeks. Additionally, I’ve started to pyramid my workouts, HOWEVER I know when you do this you need to ascend and descend. I don’t do the descending part, and just stick with the ascending routine, going up 5lbs on the 2nd set and 10lbs on the 3rd set.
Once, I’m done, I go to the next workout and repeat. Any negative thoughts on skipping the descending portion of pyramiding?

Just took my first EC stack about an hour ago.
Man.. i went to go shoot around in my backyard, felt like i could do it for hours.
Is "shooting around" for hours something you normally wouldn’t have been able to do?
EC is great though. I wish I didn’t drink so much alcohol and could actually stay on a cycle of it for more than a week

Also, for caffeine pills, where can I get these locally…the only place I can think of is Vitamin Shoppe. Any other places? gotta be there to sip on that piping hot water who has the facility to do this shit? Crossfit WODit would be a good work out, but even if you’re lucky enough to have a gym with kettle balls, where are you going to run? it wouldn’t quite work to set up the tread mill for it, and even if you tried, you know some old fart would steal it on the second round. Who the fuck has a track RIGHT next to their weights and kettle balls. 3 rounds for time of: Cardio immediately after waking upAnybody do this? The trainer at my local gym was telling me it would help me lose weight faster because running on an empty stomach would force my body to use fat for energy instead of the energy in my stomach from breakfast. do you lift on an empty stomach too? |
