Working out & smoking (420)?

I generally keep them separate, it’s pretty redundant to combine training + smoking, but I smoked a small bowl before I went to my training session, and I honestly did better with weights. I got in more reps with more weight, and I maxed out a little higher. I wasn’t completely baked, I still had the energy, but smoking that bowl made maxing out seem less painless

I wanna try it again this weekend . I won’t be making it a habit tho.

I try to walk around with my abs tightened which seems to help a little.
try to push the shoulder back and down when ever you’re upright…

my left lat is noticeably smaller than my right. i dont care if they are both small assholes, I’m just saying you can even tell when my arms are down by my side that my right lat is bigger than my left.

I try to blame this on years of pitching, even into college, that maybe my right trap would be slightly more developed due to the degree of extension over all the years.

is this something that indiv. arm on back exercises will fix over time?

How do you hold your mp3 player? v.poll

Trying to figure out what case to buy for my ipod classic. Im kinda weary of keeping it in my pocket, might drop a db on it or lay on it. How do arm bands work? Would they be too tight on your arms?
gay as it sounds.
belt clip on on my shorts on and on the side of my waist.
I keep my zune in my pocket because its too swole to be on my arm.

Fri:
Box Squats 4×8 (maybe sub for hack squats)
Good Mornings 5×5
Split Squats 4×8
BB Step Ups 3×8
(Various Calf Work)

My idea was for Monday to be more of a ME day and Friday to be a little lighter weight or more Dynamic. Still trying to work it out.

MEAL QUESTION

For cutting, would having a zero carb high protein shake be good for a meal?

I’ll list my diet as of now, I want to change it because I feel like I’ve started to slow down.

7:15am
– 3/4 Cup Oatmeal;1 Egg; 4 Egg Whites
10:00am – 1 chicken breast
1:00pm – 1 chicken breast; 1 cup veggies; i slice wheat bread (or 1/4 cup brown rice)
4:00pm – 1 chicken breast
5:45-8:15 – Workout
9:00pm – 5 Egg Whites; 1 Cup Veggies

What is an appropriate weight for somebody that is 5′8?

I was thinking 190lbs is what I should shoot for. Any recommendations/suggestions?
But honestly, if you aren’t trying to BB, which is impossible anyway…I would think a good weight for an average person being 5′8” is something around 170 maybe?

I say that talking about an average person, not someone who weight trains, and not someone who is just a fatass either.
