Can’t find it anywhere and all the products that had it like e-form are sold out all the time now too.
Did it get banned or something?
Ive been eating lentils every day for about a month. Usually make soup and freeze individual containers of it.
Does anyone else consume lentils? How do you prepare them? Soup? On their own? I assume these are a good staple in a body builder’s diet? Anything else I should know about them? I eat both red and green.
cook them with curry, raisins, a dash of apple cider vinegar and Sriracha.
hmm, thats strange. I think they are freakin delicious.

Man.. i went to go shoot around in my backyard, felt like i could do it for hours.
Is "shooting around" for hours something you normally wouldn’t have been able to do?
EC is great though. I wish I didn’t drink so much alcohol and could actually stay on a cycle of it for more than a week
After reading a lot about the EC/A Stack, I want to give it a try to see how I react.
I heard I can get the Ephedrine at 7/11, is this behind the counter or is this near the Tylenol crap? What’s it called?
Also, for caffeine pills, where can I get these locally…the only place I can think of is Vitamin Shoppe. Any other places?
for e, go to walgreens/cvs/etc. and pick up bronkaid. you’ll have to sign for it.
I know GNC doesn’t carry caffeine tabs, and no Vitamin Shoppes in utah so can’t help you there. never been able to find it locally myself.

I found these articles interesting. I am not sure how valid they are, but there is some good fundemental training principles in here:
The author is Pete Sisco from SuperRep Inc – I have no idea who he is which may invalidate the articles but here they are anway.
More About Muscle Recovery
As I see it, the biggest problem searching for online information about muscle recovery after intense exercise is that so much of the material is aimed at selling nutritional supplements.

Thinking of picking a Forerunner 205 or 305 up. Just curious if anyone has one and if they like it.
a lot of the people i run with use them and seem to be quite happy with them
I’ve had a 205 for about a year and a half and love it. It’s great when you’re running to know your actual distance and how fast you’re going.
There’s some good aftermarket software out there plus this:
I picked up a 305 off of craigslist for $100 a while back, best running related purchase i’ve bought besides shoes. If you do end up with one, check out the software

This is prompted by an experience I had this weekend. I was spotting Mrs. on the bench. The bench is right next to the preacher curl thing. This African dude asked me, in broken English, for "help."
So, thinking he needs a spot, I walk over. He asked me to put one hand on his shoulder and the other on his chin and push back while he twists his head So I’m thinking maybe he has a crick or something…then he asks me to do the other side.
No requests have ever been "that" strange before.

Starting small, I have a curl bar so far (today). Where can I find a chart of everything I can do with it? It’s got 50 on it right now, i can go get more weights but budget is limited until wife starts getting paid….
Yes I’m weak, fat, and slow. I can’t do cardio all the time.
ALL pertinent advice is appreciated. Thanks.
I did search but there’s LOTS of posts to go through that reference Curl and Bar.

he recently did a meet, didn’t go too well. he hit a 759 dead.
apparently tore his hammie on his third attempt at 821 deadlift.
questionable lockout on the meet pull…
