Inner Elbow hurting.
The inside of my elbow’s been hurting whenever i lift (especially biceps), yesterday I had to just shut it down and go home. And my left elbow was starting to hurt as well . I’ve read about golfer’s elbow and think this might be it, it feels like the tendon aching.
Any suggestions on what to do outside of icing the hell out of it. Its been hurting 4 about a month now. I’m going elbow brace and ice. Ne time frame on recovery? Am I the only one this is happening to?

Dealing with jerks at your gym
(LifeWire) — Every gym has its share of grunters, groaners, heavy sweaters and hygiene queens. And then there are the aerobics assailants.
Really loud grunting and groaning can be disturbing to other people at the gym.
Then there’s the New York lawsuit involving a screaming spin class participant who was forcibly upended on his stationary bike by a classmate fed up with his loud grunts and shouts of "You go, girl!" In June, jurors acquitted the defendant, stockbroker Christopher Carter, of assault charges in that incident.

Fucking loop holes!! Leanfit whey is disgusting.Bought a tub of these at Costco because it was cheaper and I didn’t feel like making a stop at GnC. It’s really thick and salty ( 180mg of sodium). EAS tastes much better. Muscle Milk crew get in here!I just bought my first cannister of muscle milk in chocolate. The directions say to add water, but how many of you drink it with milk instead? the water tastes to thin and well, watery for me. I don’t drink it personally, too poor. Though I did get a couple 4-packs of the travel kind so I can get my protein on the go :] With milk being more expensive…where are you getting your Whey?ergopharm amp v1anyone know of any sites that still sell the OG version of amp. and i know that BN has it on their site as a stack with sesamin. but i dont want to pay $58 and not even use the sesamin. also any other recommendations for thermogenics would be appreciated. negative on both sites. |
