don’t think there are any Canadian retailers for those, not that i’ve found at least. I did order AIFM once from a Canadian shop and it cost almost double what it cost from Anafit

just order from afstore. I’ve never had any problems and haven’t been dinged for customs or duties

Hello folks,

I have been doing a lot of running lately on the road, getting myself in shape for military basic training in 4 weeks.

I have gone from 89.6kg weight, to 82.4kg in a matter of weeks after changing my diet. I know have bran flakes for breakfast with 1% milk, fruit or veggie salad for lunch and dinner is mostly salad from my own yard with grilled fish,chicken or steak. I also drink lots of water during the day and herbal tea.

I have also been running 2, 5 and 10k runs twice a week as well as learning how to swim.

DJ is a ex gear dealer to many dallas area cops and professional athletes/bodybuilders. He was going to give up names of stars and athletes as well as cops because he thought it was the right thing to do now. He was found dead in his home in Plano, TX. More to the story im sure but dont really know/care to remember.

his gf was shot too. Most likely he killed her then himself. He was very possessive when it came to her and told her if she left him he would kill her.
It was a hit. She was shot in the face and killed. He was shot in the head and the gut. Professional job and I wish I could have been the trigger man(I wouldn’t have shot the girl though)
