A chicken tip for my F&N brolies

I know a lot of us eat more chicken than we care to admit so I thought I would pass along a simple marinade that will last a week at least.

First take as many boneless/skinless breasts as you will eat in a week, place them in a metal or glass bowl and add the following:

Extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat all breasts plus a little more)
Italian herb mix (you can buy the large container of mix at Sams)
Garlic powder, about 1tbsp
A couple of good pinches of Kosher salt and pepper

so today i ate… v. OC FAIR

went to the orange county fair… stepped up to a cart that was called ‘totally fried’ and they offered everything from deep fried twinkies, snickers, oreos, frog legs and anything else one could think of.

i had the snickers. and the turkey leg. and everything else ok, but meh, don’t think my body likes it…
i had a corn dog at this year’s exhibition. fucking terrible shit.

Recommended Mealsv.sansveggies

Ok so I am wondering if you can eat healthy and realize the benefits of your training without eating veggies .

I wish I liked veggies but I cant stand them and I am looking for suggestions. Its not that I havent tried them… recently I tried alot of them but its hard enough to eat healthy without having to choke down your food.
So I end up eating lots of chicken, turkey, etc but with brown rice(love) or a salad (which I dont enjoy). About the only veggies I eat are the occassional carrots and lettuce

what do you guys eat? v.meals

i gotta go shopping today for food and im sick of eating the same shit, its getting to me.

what are you cooking?
here’s 4 meals i eat at 400 calories each that are pretty balanced.

egg beaters , rice, oil
rice, beans, salmon/tilapia
oatmeal, protein
bread, tuna

btw, thats brown rice and extra fiber bread. I don’t just eat bread adn tuna, i add condiments but they are really really low cal or no cal. same goes for the other meals, ill add suger free jelly and splenda to my oatmeal and salsa to my beans and rice. a little soy with my imitation fried rice.

my diet

everyday is about the same. this is my “on” diet basically to look my best.

7:30 AM – Dymatize Elite Whey w/a few blueberries. multivit, fishoil, BCAA’s, Flax seed oil.
9:00 AM – 10 egg whites 2 yolks w/spinach, 1 cup oatmeal (every other day on the oatmeal)
10:45AM – 2 scoops MHP Probolic
12:15PM – 3 grilled chicken breasts over broccoli, 1 cup brown rice

WORKOUT

2:00PM – 2 scoops Dymatize, 1 cup oatmeal w/honey, 1 tablespoon Natty PB
