Solid three day a week full body routine? Ceaze?

Any suggestions? The gf has it ingrained in her that I’m gonna try to make her swole so she’s iffy on following my advice (SQUAT!!!). Anyone have any good full body routines? Preferably 3x a week? Ceaze?
i liked this one when I did it.

it allows for variety which is good IMO

I dunno if it would classify as a fullbody routine, but what about Bill Starr?
Tell her squatting is what gave jamie eason that great ass.

Ceaze or who ever wouldnt you basically train a woman similar to a guy?
