BALSAMIC VINEGAR while dieting/contest prep.
Anyone know how bad/decent this is for drying up/shredding up. im talking hardcore dieting. would you drop it or leave it?
I’m sure its fine, pur told me when he cuts he covers his salads and shit in red wine vinegar and olive oil so I don’t see why balsamic would be a problem
if anything it will help i think, since vinegar delays gastric emptying, increases satiety, and reduces glucose & insulin responses to a meal
Post your grocery list

Negativity from non-gymers
I have always been very active, and been cursed with a very lean ectomorph body (skinny). I work really hard to get bigger, and the results are very slow and minimal. But what I notice the most is the negativity that most people give me. They call me "skeletor" or when I tell them i’m going to be 200lb (i’m 165) they laugh and say its never going to happen. What’s worse is that none of these people workout, or try to, make excuses not to goto the gym, or are just plain out of shape.

Allmax’s QuickMass
What do you brolies think? Good weight gainer? Or should i keep adding bananas to a milk protein shake?
doubt you can stomach 4 scoops though, and wtf only 6 servings how much does the crap cost
Might as well eat PB with a spoon while drinking a carton of egg white.
you can make your own, protein + light olive oil + peanut butter + bananers
Any weight you gain from that stuff you’ll pryjust regret in due time anyways..
This would be about a million times better

Today, I fell in
with this:
Instructions:
Add x amount of rice
Add x amount of water
Press button
Wait 30minutes
Then you have rice to last you for days, or if you prefer fresher rice you can make it every other day. Once it’s cooked it stays on "warm" mode to keep it from spoiling, and can stay that way for over a day. They need something like this for chicken breasts.
DO WANT… Why do I feel like a house wife? Price/Where you buy it?
EDIT: At the moment, I just use instant rice… water/rice, tsp olive oil, add to microwave for 3mins and done. Ingredients in instant rice don’t look to good for you… going to have to switch to traditional

Nutrition EDU
There was so much information that I now have to split into multiple post
The same questions come back over and over again so I wanted to make an EDU about it. Feel free to add a comment or PM me if there are mistakes or stuff to add. I might add links to some resources or to my sources, just ask for it and I’ll look it up and add it. If there are terms you don’t understand, use Google and Wikipedia, this crazy website for geeks () THEN ask questions.
A huge influence on your progress will be your nutrition. Training is usually the one thing people talk about but nutrition is almost always overlooked. People know how many miles per gallon their car does, but now how much cals they have to eat to maintain their weight. Some people can get amazing results in spite of what they’re doing (eating, training, etc). We shouldn’t try to do what they do. Genetics doesn’t mean that you can’t do anything about it, it means that you’ll have to work harder to get it. Part of being what you want to be is doing stuff you don’t really want to do.
It’s also not necessary to get some food every 2-3 hours. As long as you’re getting at least 3-4 “feedings” (both meals and snacks) everyday, it’s fine. Read the rest of this entry »
