My g/f is going vegan…

Do most restaurants have something on the menu that will accodomate that lifestyle?…I assume besides salad there is usually maybe something else on the menu?

I’ll be damned if this cuts into my eating like a pig lifestyle.

Eating

In September I weighed in at 145. I tried all school year to gain weight. I was on the cycling team so I certainly didn’t get broly but now I’m 165. I would like to gain another 15 this summer. I know I need to eat like crazy but does anyone have any tricks to eat more and feel hungrier? I’ve been trying to eat more but I just feel sick to my stomach and tired. Yesterday I threw up at lunch from eating only about 800 calories. What should I try?

A chicken tip for my F&N brolies

I know a lot of us eat more chicken than we care to admit so I thought I would pass along a simple marinade that will last a week at least.

First take as many boneless/skinless breasts as you will eat in a week, place them in a metal or glass bowl and add the following:

Extra virgin olive oil (enough to coat all breasts plus a little more)
Italian herb mix (you can buy the large container of mix at Sams)
Garlic powder, about 1tbsp
A couple of good pinches of Kosher salt and pepper

Can of tuna with wheat bread

Good lunchtime snack? It’s typically what I eat for lunch and then I have chicken/turkey based dinners

I’ve lost about 10lbs now with my primarly tuna/chicken/turkey diet coupled with VERY light exercise every day. Here is my routine, lol

4 sets of curls 10 reps
3 sets of pushups 20 reps
3 sets of situps 20 reps
10 minutes on elliptical machine

Will do! The more the better for me. I’m just trying to get to a target weight of 155. I’m not looking to get huge, just wanna get back in shape!
