Protein-packed, healthy fish chowder recipe
I made this tonight, then happened to look up the nutritional info on Cod - 18g protein per 100G (the recipe calls for 1 lb) and I like it better than tuna for dinner.

turkey burgers
it’s so simple, you just shape it into a patty with your hands. and then you have the option of adding your own seasonings into the meat instead of just sprinkling it on top of the frozen patties
I stay eating turkey burgers. Always buy ground and make yourself.
Ever reheat turkey in the microwave?
It smells foul.
i like the ones from costco… cheap and way convenient
i like the ones at costco, double em up for 2/3lb burger
I usually just buy the jenny-o ones from walmart though
never thought about makin my own
i’ll try it
i buy perdue and shady brook farms brand from my grocery stores. both taste good but i like perdue’s better. they come ~4 in a pack. they sell regular ground turkey as well for like .60 cheaper, and you can mold 5 of them with it, so if you want to get more for your money and dont mind taking the time to mold them, you can buy it ground
