you look like you do moderate cardio, eat semi-clean, and do a lot of high rep ab work.
eat clean, start lifting on a 3/4 day split, and oh, eat clean.
Man.. i went to go shoot around in my backyard, felt like i could do it for hours.
Is "shooting around" for hours something you normally wouldn’t have been able to do?
EC is great though. I wish I didn’t drink so much alcohol and could actually stay on a cycle of it for more than a week
Whenever I use the seated row machine at my gym I can never use the hand grips that position your thumbs toward each other because when I go to pull my thumb, pointer, and middle finger start tingling like I’ve pinched a nerve or something and I feel like my grip is slipping (whether it is or not I’m not sure as I’ve never let go) BUT I can use the grips which are turned 90 degree down so that your thumbs are pointing up. Is this something I can fix/should worry about?
have you checked for muscle knots? I used to have a HUGE one behind my scapula that fucked with me until I massaged/heat padded that shit out.

I don’t know whether it’s a good thing or a bad thing, but I am sick of this shit. I just got back from the gym and I’m drenched liek I went swimming – this was only a 35 minute workout. I work outside and sweat up a storm too, obviously it’s going to happen in florida heat and humidity, but it’s beyond excessive. any ideas?
I need a solution as well. I sweat profusely even when I’m not doing anything. I’ll just be sitting somewhere and I’ll feel the sweat drip down my back or drip down from my armpits. It sucks, my shirts always get soaked where my armpits are.
