Inner Elbow hurting.
The inside of my elbow’s been hurting whenever i lift (especially biceps), yesterday I had to just shut it down and go home. And my left elbow was starting to hurt as well . I’ve read about golfer’s elbow and think this might be it, it feels like the tendon aching.
Any suggestions on what to do outside of icing the hell out of it. Its been hurting 4 about a month now. I’m going elbow brace and ice. Ne time frame on recovery? Am I the only one this is happening to?

any ex-college/semi-pro athletes working through injuries ..
.. thought id throw it out if any of you guys/gals have been going through the same thing ive been jammin’ against for the last couple months ..
.. granted the routine in the gym has been sparatic .. im working through a dislocated shoulder and the emotional baggage it brought to the table when i hit the weight again ..
.. training with Pure Evil and his routines .. started with mostly hammer strength machines and moving my way to free weights and "normal" routines for what some people would discuss ..

weight loss tips
I’ve pretty much kicked soda and that’s helped, trying to eat healthier and I have some home equipment but not too much. Plus I don’t really know what to do on the total gym but I do use it a few times a week. Lost 20lbs but I’ve put back on most of that due to some relapses in soda and stress eating. Anyways my goal is to lose 50lbs by the end of the year and then maybe another 20-30lbs after that.
If soda is a real weakness, why not get the diet variants? They only have 5 calories or something.

Question for Former Fatties
Now that the first major plateau has hit and newb losses have ended, what can I expect.
I started in late november @ 6′1" around 230lbs (fat, no muscle). With diet, cardio and lifting I am now 194, but results are coming much more slowly. In fact I barely see them.
My goal was that within 1 year I wanted to be free of ‘jiggle.’ I wanted to be able to look in the mirror and see tight skin everywhere. My arms/back/shoulders/chest are pretty solid, and my legs have thinned out (went from 38 to 34 or even 32 waist), but I still have a flabby belly and love handles, some thigh fat and a bit of a fatty butt. I have no idea how I will meet my goal in just over 4 months time.

Educate me on my diet, OT
Okay, so my main goal is to loose weight and get to like 185 (at about 215 now). Football starts back up in a couple months so before that i’ll get to strength training, but for now I want to get rid of the fat on my belly/ass.
I’ve started watching calories (under 2k a day) and I run 3-5 times a week for 25 minutes all the way to like 1 hr 10 min runs, depending how im feeling. It really feels like I’ve gone a long way to watching what I’ve been eating, if I have a chose I’ll always choose the thing with less calories, I wont go over 2k, I wont eat 3 hrs before I go to bed, etc.
