digestion time v. alcohol?

How fast does alcohol get digested in your system? I know everyone is different, but I had a couple of drinks last night…enough to make me feel a little shitty this morning and I just took a horrible crap…constipated, and just down right sucked…. Could it be from the alcohol from last night? Just seems kind of fast…

I dont think anyone is going to come close to him for a very long time, if ever. I havn’t heard anything out of Gene in a long time and we all know whats been happening to Mendelson.
stupid sick, kennelly is in his own class by far. there is noone really near him, he is quite consistent and really has mostly clean clean lifts.

My bench has ALWAYS been fucking pathetic. Long gorilla arms FTMFL when it comes to benching.

Granted Im on gear, but still. Made me happy, and I hardly ever care much about lifts. Felt good though.
i went on to 275 and pumped out 7. maybe ill try for 315 next monday.

Writing this month in Medical Hypotheses, the researchers argue that the hormone prolactin may be to blame.

Prolactin stimulates milk production and fatherly love. Blood levels of the hormone rise after sex, especially following orgasm during intercourse. [Increased prolactin has in turn been linked to weight gain in several species, including humans who suffer from hyperprolactinaemia (chronically high prolactin levels). And expectant dads are also thought to get chubbier due to a rise in prolactin.

Critique my routine/schedule

Ive been lifting pretty consistently for the last couple months following about a year of inconsistent lifting (due to school). Right now Im going about 6-7 times a week. Ive noticed an increase in definition in my arms, back, shoulders, abs and legs in the last 2 months due to my routine but I havent really been getting bigger even though I tend to do relatively heavy weight. I thought I would throw out my routine and get suggestions from you guys. Here it is:

Day 1: Chest/Bis
Dumbell Flat Bench (1 warmup, 4 increasing weight, 1 high rep low weight)

I used to always be so fucking hungry after lifting and it worked out perfectly, but lately I find myself not being able to eat afterward. Im sitting here with a nice steak, green beans, and some pb but none of it looks good and im just not hungry at all.
