I’ve been lifting non-stop for about a year now. Before then, I’d lifted but always took large chunks of time off. Back then and up until about September my lifting sucked and my diet was even more horrendous. My diet still kind of sucks, but whatever. I still look like crap unflexed .

I got the will, but no way..i dont know SHIT about the kitchen and cookin…but i need to get on a consistent healthy diet…i need someone to fuckin hold my hand with this..all i want is someone to tell me 1. exactly wut to buy at the store 2. how to cook some of the meals…i know the whole chicken/eggs/brown rice/veg shit but i dont know wut to do with it….any programs i can look for on the internet or some shit for lost fucks like myself??
serious replies please, this is not the main forum. I put it in here for a reason. are u even working out? work on everything, including legs you look like you do moderate cardio, eat semi-clean, and do a lot of high rep ab work.
eat clean, start lifting on a 3/4 day split, and oh, eat clean.
I competed Saturday in the NGA NATURAL MR./MS. CALIFORNIA BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIP, here are a couple back stage pics, i’ll get some on stage match ups soon. I placed 2nd in the Men’s open heavyweight division (194.5lbs). I learned a lot from my first show, I didn’t come in as lean as I had expected, and I spilled over a bit. Next year I want to come in around 200-205 and a little bit leaner. Anyways, thanks in advance.
Do most restaurants have something on the menu that will accodomate that lifestyle?…I assume besides salad there is usually maybe something else on the menu?

?? I feel like I haven’t accomplished anything or I’m not doing something right if it doesn’t burn or feel sore in the morning–is this normal to feel this way?
Anybody do this? The trainer at my local gym was telling me it would help me lose weight faster because running on an empty stomach would force my body to use fat for energy instead of the energy in my stomach from breakfast.

After HS I became a consultant and used that for my excuse to be lazy and get obese. I was at 269lbs about 6 weeks ago. I’m down to 259 right now. Right now I lift on M-W-F in the mornings and then do cardio after. I do cardio at least 3 of the other 4 days of the week I’m not lifting.
