Inner Elbow hurting.

The inside of my elbow’s been hurting whenever i lift (especially biceps), yesterday I had to just shut it down and go home. And my left elbow was starting to hurt as well . I’ve read about golfer’s elbow and think this might be it, it feels like the tendon aching.

Any suggestions on what to do outside of icing the hell out of it. Its been hurting 4 about a month now. I’m going elbow brace and ice. Ne time frame on recovery? Am I the only one this is happening to?

So its summertime

My stats:

Im 180 6′0.

I have been working out now (skillfully) for about a year. I have bulked and cut, but I mostly just do ‘my workout’ whenever im at the gym. I am trying to lose say, the last 5lbs of GELLY around my gut. Its killing me. I have gone so far I used to be tubby with no muscle, now i am strong and pretty toned. But the last fat around my gut wont go away. I have willpower, I have changed my diet and upped my intensity. Like is it genetics or something? It wont go away, and its proving to be the most frustrating thing. I have gone so far and man, I just want to lose that last bit of fat!! Help!!!

.. thought id throw it out if any of you guys/gals have been going through the same thing ive been jammin’ against for the last couple months ..

.. granted the routine in the gym has been sparatic .. im working through a dislocated shoulder and the emotional baggage it brought to the table when i hit the weight again ..
.. training with Pure Evil and his routines .. started with mostly hammer strength machines and moving my way to free weights and "normal" routines for what some people would discuss ..

Fitness gurus: what is this exercise?

This guy at the gym was holding a medicine ball against a wall with his outstretched arm, at approx. eye level, and was rolling it around in very small circles.

What is that exercise? Some type of rotator cuff exercise?

I am a hockey goaltender, routine suggestion?

I need maximum endurance and leg strength, quick hands. For the past two months I have just done some body weight exercises and ran a lot.

any suggestions at all are appreciated.

I kinda figured I would, but I am asking what to do in order to have maximum endurance and strength, just strength and during the third period you are tired, only endurance and you have pussy pushes. Also asking about what to do with arms for speed.
