Another shoulder question (searched before posting)

Was military pressing and I went to drop the weight backwards onto the high pins, but my arms are so long it went back over my head and I had to drop it before it tore my arms off. Nothing popped, nothing really hurt that bad at the time, just a tad soreness in both shoulders from overextending, but I had a bit of soreness in my left shoulder after that.

It hasn’t affected my strength or range of motion, doesn’t hurt if if press down, sideways or up, but I felt a deep pain, almost like insane muscle soreness.

One of the trainers at my gym today was trying to jump rope….. WHILE STANDING ON A MEDICINE BALL. As he was doing this, another one of the trainers was taking photos of him. And these people have master’s degrees
dont know about your gym but mine has about 3 trainers that atg squat 315 for warmup reps like it’s feather weight.
Sounds like a couple of guys that could give you good workout advice.
why would you wish harm on your fellow human being ? i mean what if he said to himself " i wish that jacked whiteboy rips his biceps while deadlifting "

Help my GF

My girlfriend is interested in losing weight, who would’ve guessed.
Shes 5′10″ and weighs 150lbs.
She claims she counts her calories, but I ask her how many shes had the on day and she sits there trying to count them up. Either way I’d like to help her achieve her goal. Whats the best way to get her to start.

She does cardio everyday of the week and then throws in abs or something stupid. I’ve seen her doing db press too. Either way should I just tell her to count her calories or to do a 40%/30/20 with her protein fat carbs. I doubt she knows her maintenance caloric intake.
